Major Softball 11-12

The goal of Major Softball is to expand on the already acquired skills from the Minor Softball Division and to increase each player's ability to hit, throw, catch, and build a solid understanding of game play. Our goal is to provide a safe, fun, and instructional environment for kids to learn the FUNdamentals and enjoy the game of softball.

Start Date: Monday April 29, 2024

Days of Practice/ Games: Mondays & Wednesdays

**Please note with the schedule if there is not a game expect a practice

Time of play: 5:30 - 7:30 pm

Place: Kinsmen Quad 2 (1600 Willowbrook Drive)

End Date: Wednesday June 26, 2024

No Ball: May 20, 2024

Opening Day Ceremonies: Saturday May 4  10am  Confederation Park.  Please see website for details.

Year End Fun Night: Wednesday June 26  This night will have fun activities and a ball park dinner for players.  If other family members want dinner they can purchase at the concession. 

CMBA provides a baseball hat and team jersey (player keeps) Players must bring their own glove, and batting helmet with cage, a jill/pelvic protector, sweat pants/athletic pants/baseball pants, but no jeans or shorts are allowed.  Players may wear rubber cleats or running shoes.  *Please wash the jersey in cold water at all times*

Teams will be formed after the first 2 practices.
